Handhewn #3 by Philip Barasch

The Secret Gallery presents the latest work by graphic short story artist Philip Barasch, Handhewn #3. Presented in the original oil on panel form, this is a unique opportunity to experience a complete graphic magazine, from cover to cover, before it’s committed to paper.

Philip’s previous works, “Handhewn #1” and “Handhewn #2” and “Cornelius- A Tale from the House of Bernard” have been featured in exhibitions throughout the Northwest and in multiple comic books shows.

According to Barasch, “a graphic short story is an extension of the term graphic novel…a graphic short story is a stand alone narrative that also exists as part of a larger story arc.”
